What size So'Cup menstrual panties to choose?

Our So'Cup menstrual panties are worn like classic underwear and are available from size 26/28 (XXS) to size 54/56 (XXXL).
The small sizes are perfectly suited to young girls and teenagers.

Our GALLICA, ORNETA, INICIA, CELERIA and HONESTA ranges run normally or even slightly small. If you are unsure between two sizes, opt for the larger one.

The SPLENDEA range is a little larger, especially because the modal is a little more fluid.

What is the difference between special DAY and special NIGHT menstrual panties?

Our So'Cup menstrual panties are available in 2 models: the DAY model and the NIGHT model.

The JOUR model is recommended for light to medium flow and can be worn during the day for up to 12 hours without leaks.

The NIGHT model is recommended for (very) heavy flows during the day, as well as for any type of flow at night or during prolonged use. It can be kept for up to 12 hours without leaking.

If you have a normal flow, it may be relevant to get both models (DAY and NIGHT).

Maintenance: How do I wash my So'Cup menstrual panties?

For washing your So'Cup menstrual panties, you have 2 solutions:

1. Wash it by hand with our special menstrual panty stain remover soap

2. Machine wash it with all your other clothes after rinsing it in cold water.

Then let it air dry. The use of the dryer is not recommended in order to preserve the absorbent fibers.

Can I sleep with my So'Cup menstrual panties?
