It's still a subject that can cause embarrassment, anxiety, unease: even if our society has evolved a lot in this area, periods still remain a complex subject. 
My name is Caroline and I would like to glamorize these periods of our lives.
At 45 I started to be interested in how I protected myself every month during my
rules. During this period, I experienced numerous accidents caused by periods that were terribly
abundant. Leaving my house became a real anxiety: despite the association of the tampon and the
sanitary napkin I found myself in very embarrassing situations.
It is in this context that my career as a personal development trainer, esteem
self and well-being led me to think about a solution that respects my body as much as the environment.
